Nicole, Brody, and Scottie,
I am so sorry for you loss. I got the privilege of getting to know him over the last couple of years when he attended events like donuts with dad and when he would come to pick you up for your weekly visit. I know how excited the two of you would get when it got close to that special day; you made sure everyone who came in the classroom knew that it was a “nana papa day”. Please know he loved you two more than anything in the world and it would show when his face lit up every time he saw you!!! I know that you shared a special bond with him and he was super blessed to have the time he did with you both. My heart goes out to the three of you; if there is anything we can do please let us know!!!
Sending all my love!

Gary will be sorely missed by all who knew him. His quick wit and humor was always evident. And his ability to hit a golf ball was exceptional. May he Rest In Peace until we meet again.

Worked with Gary in the early 70's at Mulkins. He was one of the best metal, paint, and frame techs I 've ever known. He did a lot of projects for me and they always turned out stellar. Sorry for your loss Cheryl and family,Gary was a great guy and a great friend !

Gary will be missed by his golfing friends in Port Saint Lucie. He was a rare individual who would find humor in any situation and make everyone laugh. It was a pleasure to know him and his wonderful family.

Never met a more good natured soul whose sense of humor was unmatched, not to mention what a great putter he was. Happy I had the chance to be with him when he scored a hole-in-one in Florida. We shared many laughs and good times. I will miss him, dearly.

I met and worked with Gary at Anthoe Motors back in 1976, while continuing to use his service in Bergen ( at his house) Enjoyed playing Euchre on breaks. At 18 years old he would tell me " u don't have a clue playing Euchre, Don't ever play for money becuse you would lose". Don't know if there is a Collison shop up their, If there is he would to the front line. You rocked Rick Calkins

On May 1st, 2020 God took from us one of the good guys. Gary was so kind, caring and oh so quick witted. I’m sure the gates of heaven opened wide to welcome him and to be embraced by his son Danny.
You could see the love of his family as it showed in his wonderful smile every time he spoke of them especially his grandchildren.
We feel so fortunate having known such a wonderful man. We will miss you Gary!

My sincere sympathy to Gary’s family. I met Gary when were members of the Rochester auto body guild. We played golf together and spent time in Albany at the Capital with the guild. Visited him at the his shop and had lunch together many times. He was a true professional.
