Obituary of Phyllis M. Bellavia

Gates - Phyllis M. Bellavia, 81, of Gates, a former employee of Stromberg-Carlson Div. of General Dynamics in Rochester, died Monday, July 23, 2018 at her home in Gates.

Miss Bellavia was born September 28, 1936 in Rochester, the daughter of the late Salvatore and Antoinette (Tarana) Bellavia.

Survivors include 2 brothers, James Bellavia of Bergen and Alphonse (Fran) Bellavia of East Rochester; a niece,  Lori Ann (Gordon) Kellogg of Bergen;3 nephews, Gregory Bellavia of Byron, Alphonse (Carol) Bellavia, Jr. of Honeoye and Marc (Maria Miller) Bellavia of OH; and a great-nephew, Adam (Brittany) Drexler of Scottsville.

There are no prior calling hours.  Friends may attend her graveside service at 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 27, 2018 at Mt. Rest Cemetery, 78 South Lake Street, Bergen.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Department 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908.  Arrangements were completed by H.E. Turner & Co. Funeral Home, 51 South Lake Street, Bergen, NY..
