James was my brother!!! I will remember all the talks, smiles and laughs we had together. If anyone was having a bad day all they had to do is to see James. I've only known James for 3 years but the friendship and brotherly love we had will always be there in my heart and memories of him. He was a great chef and a great man on the suny geneseo campus. Everyone loved him and his smile will always exists on the campus!! My prayers are with his family and the beautiful Lil girl that he loved so so much!!! James I love ya brother.!! Until we meet again.

I am so sorry for your loss. It was my pleasure to have known such a wonderful man. He was always so kind to everyone he met and worked with. I will miss hearing him say “How you doing Miss Amy?” whenI visit the food truck. It would brighten my day. James will be missed tremendously but never forgotten. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Walker family.

I had just fond out of the passing of James and wish to extend my sincerest condolences to his family. I worked with James at CAS, and his kind, glowing spirit was something that made my day whenever I would see him. No one can ever really be prepared for the loss of a loved one. It is a shock that ripples through the core. There will be many tears shed, but I pray that you and your family get the strength to deal with his loss. Remember, he is always with you, in photos, in memories, and even in small things like food you eat or sayings of his you repeat. My deepest sympathies to all of you.

Our deepest condolences from the SUNY Geneseo Athletic Department. James' work at our athletic contest concessions was always professional and with a sense of great pride. He represented himself, his family and the CAS organization with a warm, genuine smile, had a strong work ethic and will be missed by our students, staff and spectators.
